He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Butler; and his grandparents, Marion Butler, Mary Bryant and William Durant. He is survived by: his mother Judy Durant Bain of Valliant, OK; his children, Cade Butler (Payton Emert), Cameron Butler and Zackery Butler; the parent of his children Shelly Blanke of Bartlesville; his brother Jody Butler (Cristell Loza) of Dallas, TX; and his grandmother Carol Perry.
