He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Alkemeyer and Stella Alkemeyer (Biri); and his wife Eileen. He is survived by: his children, Charlie, Bryan Alkemeyer of Los Angeles, California and Sarah Thurman; his granddaughters, Norah and Emma; his daughter Cheryl Alkemeyer (Ryan Thompson); his brother Les Alkemeyer (Delores) of Perryville, Missouri; his niece Cindy Harbison (Jim) of Glen Carbon, Illinois; his nephews, Mike Alkemeyer (Karen) of Charlotte and Bill Alkemeyer of St. Louis, Missouri.; Shiloh Thurman of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
