We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2024, at the age of 60, Charles Wilbur Roach (Bartlesville, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington Roach and Cora Louise Francis Roach (Ellington); his sister Dosha Ann Roach; and his granddaughter Xandria Rayne Alexander. He is survived by: his foster daughter Helen Alexander (Jerry); his siblings, Ellen Cooper (Kenneth Tate), Crisleah Roach of Wann, OK, Mike Harness of Arkansas, Tommy Roach, Troy Roach of Bartlesville and Teddy Roach (Crystal) of Bartlesville; and his close friend Roberto F. Davila. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many extended family and friends.
