She is survived by: her daughters, Casey Lucy of Bartlesville and Carie Beth Chevalley (Dakota) of Ponca City, Oklahoma; her siblings, Kennard Bales, Debbie Pinkerton and Lisa Pinkerton; her sister-in-law Maleesa Pinkerton; and her grandchildren, Jadyn, Rian and Liam. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
