He is survived by: his children, Debra Farmer (Alvin) of Ponca City, Daniel Crouch, Jr. (Julia) of Bartlesville, Doug Crouch (Charlene) of Stillwater, Rachelle Wilson (Bo) of Bartlesville, Phillip Crouch (Emily) of Bartlesville, Barton Crouch (Jamie) of Skiatook and Robbin Richey (Aaron) of Monkey Island; his stepchildren, Kathy Moore (David) of Azle, TX, Kevin Winkler and Norma Winkler of Azle, TX; and his siblings, Ruth Mayberry of Statesville, NC, Lula Poteat of Newton, NC and Jim Crouch of Conover, NC.. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
