He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald George Smith and Rose Marie Lilburn Smith. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Smith, Kathryn Graves (Cecil) and Jordan Workman (Michael); his grandchildren, Blake Graves, Ethen Graves, Zayden Smith, Jameson Workman and Murphy Workman; and his siblings, Robert Smith (Kathy) and Donna Pugh (Justin). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that all memorial donations in remembrance of Daniel Joseph Smith be made to Nowata High School Ladies Golf Team.
