He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Dale Farris; and his grandparents, Jim, Caroline Hood, Charlie and Lorraine Emmer.

He is survived by: his mother Diana Caroline Farris (Amy Farris); his wife Amy Farris; his daughter Rachel Farris (Eliot Mathews); his brother Eric Farris (Shellie); his brother-in-law Jason Sunday (Tonya); his nephew Craig Farris (Amy); his great-nephew Alex; his niece Chelsey Farris (Ali); his nephews, Noah Sunday and Payton Sunday (Lexi); Kaia. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
