He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Moody and May Cleo Blackburn; his former wife Freddie Mae Hudson; and his brothers, Don Blackburn, Jerry Blackburn and Jimmy Blackburn.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Hinkle Blackburn; his sister Linda Jannette Scott; his children, Mollie Andrews (Don Andrews), Sara Cowman (Chris Cowman) and Danny Blackburn Jr.; his stepdaughters, Steva Stand, Shanda Grogan and Sharla Langster (Jim Langster); his grandchildren, Kate Andrews Evenson (Charlie), Maddie Andrews Brady (Pierce), Claire Cowman Cressionnie (Matt), Carter Cowman (Falon), Cole Cowman (Kamryn) and Blayden Stand; and his great grandchildren, Sutton Cowman, Gage, Kaya, Kena, Avian and Nakayda Stand. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Dan's memory to the Washington-Osage Baptist Disaster Relief Association or Samaritan's Purse.
