He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne W. Moore and Toni Cadrett (Seher); and his sons, Anthony Johnson and Brian Goyer. He is survived by: his wife Misha Moore; his son Sean Johnson (Tricia); his daughter-in-law Patrice Goetsch; his grandson Keenen Goyer; his sisters, Vida Dietz (Mike Cuno) and Joni Bowman; and his close friends, Stephen Miner and Edward Stolarz Jr.. He is also survived by three brothers-in-law and wives.
