With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debbie Stephens of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 5, 2023 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lolli and Don; her brother David Hill; her husband Kerry Stephens; her children, Kara Stephens-Weaver (Sam), Katie Duncan (Scott), Kyle Stephens and Luke Stephens; her grandsons, Rhett Duncan, Emmett Duncan and Miles Weaver; her sisters, Donna Sharp, Dani Freeman and Jami Hill-Smith; her parents-in-law, Loyd and Judy Stephens; and her pet Goose.
