We are sad to announce that, on July 24, 2021, at the age of 69, Dennis D. Urban of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, born in Springfield, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dennis D. Urban to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Andrea Summer Urban; and his parents, Andrew Mienhart and Helen Rita Urban (Grace). He is survived by: his wife Jolayne (Burpo); his son Cory David Urban (Candy); his grandchildren, Ashley, Brittany, Josh and Chasity; his children, Dennis Andrew Urban, Cassidy, Kyleigh, Sean Derek Urban (Amy Urban), Lillian, Adalyn and Gracelyn; and his brothers, Andrew Urban, Richard Urban (Annette) and Michael Urban (Helene).

In lieu of flowers Dennis requested that donations be made to Boy Scout Troop 5.
