She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnie Wadsworth and Mendie Wadsworth; her husband Ashland (Pat); her sons, Ernie Pat and George Allen; and her siblings, Bessie Simmons, Leon Wadsworth, Leona Goad and Levon Wadsworth.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Doreen Patrick; her granddaughters, Melissa Patrick (Josh Engelbert) and Ashley Patrick; her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Waylon Engelbert; and her siblings, Margie Ingram Brace and Alvin Wadsworth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and friends.
