He is survived by: his children, Shawn (Kerry Vaverka) of El Reno, OK, Vance Vaverka of Ponca City, OK and Audra Vaverka of Jenks, OK; and his grandchildren, Jordan (Alex Vaverka) of Yukon, OK and Morgan Vaverka of El Reno, OK..
