He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Mitchell and Esther Mitchell; his brother Jerry Mitchell; and his wife Cheryl Mitchell. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff (Sherry Wise), Ray (Gina Henderson) and Scott (Donna Mitchell); and his brother Bill Mitchell. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren.
