She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Shaw and Jessie Shaw; her son Alan Dean; her husband Ray Lewis; and her brother Clarence (Lois Shaw).
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Sue; and her brother-in-law Harold Lewis (Linda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory (1600 SE Washington Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74006). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
