She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith, Sr. Evans and Frances Evans (Lugenbeel); her husband Harold Boots; her son Harold Leonard Boots, Jr.; her sister Kathryn Marilee Archer (Robert); and her sister-in-law Elaine Evans.

She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Wilson (Gale) and Janet Jasnowski (Tony); her grandson Jozef Jasnowski (Megan); her great grandchild Jozef, Jr. (Jasnowski); her granddaughter Clare Jasnowski; and her brother Keith F. Evans, Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial in remembrance of Mrs. Boots has been established in recognition of the many years of patient and loving care she received from the dedicated companions and staff of Elder Care in Bartlesville, OK.
