Eddie Leroy Bishop Obituary

Eddie Leroy Bishop, 63, of Bartlesville, passed away August 11th from natural causes at Jane Phillips Medical Center with his family surrounding him. Eddie was born to Ed and Mary Bishop, of Dewey, on November 26th, 1957 and attended Dewey High School. Affectionately known as Ed, he worked in residential and commercial construction in numerous locations across the United States.

He loved hunting, fishing, and carving deer antlers. Eddie is preceded in death by his mother and father, Mary and Ed Bishop. He is survived by his sister, Candace Bishop Rieske of St. Louis, MO, his son, Edmund Bishop of Ramona; his daughter, Chaney Tate of Bartlesville, along with 5 grandchildren. A celebration of Ed's life will be held August 16th, 2:00pm at the Washington Cove Gazebo, Copan Lake. Please bring your own chairs. Friends will be invited to speak. Arrangements are under the direction of Carter Davis and the Davis Family Funeral Home & Crematory – Walker Brown Chapel.
