He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles "Tex" Edward and Juanita Elizabeth Ramzel (King); his stepmother Joye Ramzel (Butler); his parents-in-law, Carl Rawlins and Anne Rawlins (Caldwell); and his brother-in-law Richard Rawlins.
He is survived by : his wife Mary; his children, Russell "Rusty" Caldwell Ramzel (Michelle) and Heidi Anne Ramzel; his sister Leslie Gruel (John); his grandchildren, Aria Lizabeth Martin, Delayna Kaye McElroy and Olivia Beth Hendricks; his nephew Benjamin Gruel; his nieces, Laura Reeves, Annot Walthall and Wendy Tipton; his stepsiblings, David, Beth and Debi Butler; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Rawlins (Diana), Jack Rawlins (Pam) and Diana Gail Rawlins.
