He was predeceased by: his parents, John Matthew Folz and Verna Folz (Pickert). He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Folz of Jefferson City and Mary Edna Folz Donahue of Newton, Massachusetts.; and his siblings-in-law, John Folz Donahue and Lora Bias Folz. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces, one great nephew and one great niece.
