We are sad to announce that, on January 5, 2022, at the age of 87, Frank Russell Cook (Bartlesville, Oklahoma), born in Graham, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cook and Genevieve Cook (Gene); his wife Ellen Marie Cook; and his son J. Russell Cook (Rusty). He is survived by: his son Dean Marshall Cook (Joy); his grandchildren, Daniel Shearer (Rachel), Justin Shearer (Katie) and Thomas Cook; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Lane and Nora.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Presbyterian Church, 505 SE Dewey Ave., Bartlesville, OK 74003.
