He is survived by: his daughter MaLicka Fowler (Logan) of Bartlesville; his siblings, Floyd Duffield of Bartlesville, Darryl Duffield of Wagoner, Kenny Stark (Tami) of Tahlequah, Eddie Stark of Tahlequah, Barbara Arnett (Jim) of Arkansas and Retha Trammel (Walter) of Bartlesville; and his grandchildren, Kaiden, EllaJo and Kolsyn Fowler.
