He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Cook and Mary Cook (Price); and his brother Marvin Cook. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Stilwell (Vonnie) of Skiddy; his children, Douglas Cook (Laurie), Dan Cook and Kristi Nottlemann (Rich); his sister-in-law Celeste Cook; his brother Larry; and his sister-in-law Carol Stilwell. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 3 nephews, and 1 niece.
