He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Topping and Grace Eastman Topping. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Maxine Myers; and his sons, Mike (Debbie) of North Carolina and Brian (Kathy) of Owasso. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
