He is survived by : his wife Katy Vardeman; his children, Eric Vardeman (Sherri) and Charla Boroughs (Michael); his brothers, Robert Vardeman (Shirley) and Joe Morgan Vardeman (Kim); and his grandchildren, Brady Vardeman (Rachel), Lane Boroughs, Macy Vardeman and Lauren Boroughs.

“Learned of Jack's passing just today (4-9-24)! Sympathies to Katy, Eric, Charla and all the family. Jack was one of my first supervisors here in Bartlesville a long time ago! To me, he was "Happy Jack" with a great sense of humor and an infectious laugh. He will be missed!”
