He is survived by: his children, Terry Rubert (Diana), Bud Rubert (Beverly), Kevin Rubert (Terri), Karen Ray and Sandy Tate (Jody); and also Sharon Brown. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
