He is survived by: his father David Wayne Terry; his children, Kayden Lee Terry, Everly Jayde Terry, Maiah Ann Terry, Malia Lynn Terry and Treasure Collins; his stepson Sammy Gonzalez; his mother Carrie Denise Stumpff (Stumpff); his siblings, Amie, Emily Terry and Josh Terry; his uncle Steve; his aunt Dori; and his grandparents, Wendell Stumpff, Carol Shetley and Shelby Sanders. He is also survived by six nephews and three nieces, lots of cousins, aunts and uncles.
