He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Losson and Gladys Pauline Hayes (Ketchum); his parents-in-law, Nancy and Buster McClintock; his siblings, Bob Stephens, Jackie Stephens, Jim Hayes and Darlene (Ronnie Inman); and his brother-in-law Roy Decker.

He is survived by: his wife Marla D. McClintock; his children, Sara Hayes and Justin Hayes; his daughter-in-law Angela Bates; his grandsons, Chase and Jarren Hayes; his great grandchildren, Brixley and Ella Hayes; his siblings, Treva Murray (David), Janet (Johnny Clanton), Joila (Roy Noblitt), Sue Decker and Doyle Hayes (Janie); his sister-in-law Sandra Lawrence; and his nieces, Jyme, Jaycee, Joslyn Felix and Jaelyn Allen.
