She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jared and Muriel Prudek; and her children, John Hicks and Karen Ward. She is survived by: her husband Harold Blake; her children, Michael, Sylvia Snider, Randy and Bruce Crane; and her stepchildren, Wayne Blake and Tracey Blake.
