It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keith Phelps (Bartlesville, Oklahoma), born in Maryville, Missouri, who passed away on October 20, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth R. Phelps and Dovie Fern Phelps (Lininger). He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Leeson (Phelps); his son-in-law Barry; his granddaughters, Paige, Mechelle, Bailey and Brooke; his great grandchild Avery; and his siblings, Sherald Ann Morris, Clifford L., Kenny D. (Diane), Jeffrey L. Phelps (Dianna), Michael, Stanley, Baby Brother John and Helen Michelle Phelps. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
