G. "Took" Cramer); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Montanna, Cade, Issac, Chi, Titus, Sophie, Audrey and Emma; his parents-in-law, Tom and Margaret Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Todd and Sami Johnson.
