He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Shepard; his stepfather W. W. Shepard; and his wives, Jean A. Troxell of Shawnee, OK. and Gayle Williams. He is survived by: his son Steve; and his daughter-in-law Jackie Herring. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home (710 Dewey Ave, Bartlesville, OK 74003). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (4200 Nowata Rd, Bartlesville, OK 74006).
