She is survived by: her brother Noel Tolbert (Ethel) of Bartlesville; her sibling's children, Lance Tolbert, Larry Tolbert, Gary Tolbert, Ronnie Tolbert, Steve Tolbert, Jeff Tolbert, Tana Tolbert and Onita Johnson; and her close friend Ruth Slimp of Spicewood, Texas. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
