She was predeceased by: her father Calvin Hammon; her brother-in-law Don Knoke; and her nephew Charles Calvin Knoke (Chuck). She is survived by: her mother Jo Anne Hammon (Rice); her children, Loren Micah Snyder, Jarah Ray Snyder and Cambria Rose Troiano (Snyder); her husband Ron; her children, Antonella, Sara and Matthew; her sisters, Nancy Hammon, Linda Knoke and Lisa (Steve Funke); her nephew Matthew Funke; her niece Lindsey Warner; her great-nephew Henry; and her great-niece Cora.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to Hopestone Cancer Support Center and Comforting Hands Hospice in Bartlesville.
