She is survived by: her daughter Denise Lewis (Glenn Scott); her grandson Dallas Lewis (Latisha Lewis); her great grandchildren, Maxwell Lewis and Lily Lewis; her siblings, Donna Martin (Marion Martin) and Jeremiah Nichols Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Janet Nichols and Nick Whaling; and her niece Kathy Clear (Roger Clear). She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
