She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Moland and Viola Maxine Moland (Thomas); and her son James Cates. She is survived by: her husband Don Cates; her children, Shara Van (Fred) of Osage County, Wendy Cates of Osage County and Bob Cates (Judy) of Pawhuska; her siblings, Ray Moland of Osage County, Jo Anne Bennett of Midwest City and Janeen McGuire of Arkansas; her grandchildren, Drew Tidwell of Osage County, Brandon Van (Tarae), Casey Chambers of Bartlesville, Brandon Tidwell (Elisabeth), Chris, Chance, Chad Hahn of Pawhuska, Oklahoma, Jessie Stacy (Kolton) of Osage County, Kaitlyn Hill (Jackson) of Oklahoma City, Chelsea Taylor (Hunter) of Pawhuska, Tiffany Harris (Cody) of Chetopa Kansas, Logan Cates of Osage County and Kamryn Van of Osage County; and her great grandchildren, Soren, Serenity, Aubrie, Dakota, Zoey, Bently of Nat, K. J., Kenai and Avrianna. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
