She is survived by: her children, Mike Clark (Lisa) of Bartlesville, OK, Kimberly Ketchum (Jimmy) of Bartlesville, OK and Jeff Clark (Ann) of Edmond, OK.; her grandsons, Matthew Clark (Diana), Cody Clark, Seth Tate (Kalie), Sam Tate and Cayden Clark; and her great grandchildren, Grace, Avery and Haylee Clark.
