She was predeceased by: her parents, Lesley Brown and Gertrude Brown (Scoggins); her husband Clarence Elwane Gilbert; and her sisters, Myrtle Crawford and Lois Hickson.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Debbie Denson of Gilmer, Sheri Hampton of Bozeman, Montana and Mike Hickson of Longview. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, her church family, and friends.
