He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Ashenfelter and Ruth Ashenfelter (Clover); and his nephew Joe Ashenfelter. He is survived by: his son Blake Ashenfelter of Bartlesville; his brother Jerry Ashenfelter (Rita) of Cambridge, KS; and his nieces, Lora Bennet of Waynesville, MO and Lisa Braun of Cambridge, KS. He is also survived by one great-niece and three great-nephews and three great-great nieces.
