She is survived by: her husband William Kenneth Winter; her daughters, Dr. Billie Kae Winter (Joseph Casciari) and Nicki Lynn Winter (Tony LeClerc); her grandchildren, William Casciari and Anna Casciari; her sisters, Ina L. Bittle and Dr. Cheryl A. Bittle; her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Bittle and LaQuita Bittle; and her pet Benjie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
