She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cook and Elizabeth Cook; her brother Bill Cook; her brothers-in-law, David Burris, Charlie Blundell and Jerry Hockett; and her great-nephew Garrett Grider.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Shehi of Bartlesville; her grandchildren, Chris Shehi (Hailey) of Owasso and Ashley Shehi of Bartlesville; her great grandchildren, Aislynn Jewel Shehi and Mallory Kaye Shehi; and her siblings, Rose Hockett of Caney, Donna Ness of Dewey, Trudy Blundell of Broken Arrow, Janie Forth (Russell) of Ramona, Rita Wyant of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Phil Cook (Tracy) of Chouteau and Tom Cook (Teri) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
