We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2023, at the age of 78, Onetta Ruth Rodebaugh (Bartlesville, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Dow and Ray Allen Dow; and her siblings, Betty JoAnn Dow, Floyd Eugene Dow and Glendal Ray Dow.

She is survived by: her son Jason Scott Rodebaugh of Oklahoma City; and her sister Marilyn Raelene Proctor of Collinsville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
