He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Payne and Norma Payne (Roberts); and his grandmother Vera Strate. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Payne; his brother Kirk; his sister-in-law Stephanie Payne; his nephew Marcus (Teresa Payne); his niece Jennifer (Nathan Smith); his siblings-in-law, Mike and Cheryl Chuning; his nephew David Chuning; his great-nephew Matthew Payne; his great-niece Charlotte Chuning; Matthew, Kelli Chuning, Jonathan and Annie Chuning. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
