She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Lee Adams and Norma Sprague Adams; her brother Danny Wayne Adams; and her daughter Shandy Lyn Cales. She is survived by: her daughter Carrie Standridge; her son-in-law Steve Cales; and her pet Cashmere. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Phyllis's honor.
