“Sorry to hear of the passing of Phyllis Gail. I have very fond memories of growing up with both Phyllis and Garner. Growing up in a small town is more like growing up in an extended family. We were classmates beginning in first grade through graduating from High School. I could write a book about those childhood years. Phyllis was a great piano player and she was a protector. So sorry I did not know in time to pay my respects sooner.”
