He is survived by: his wife Debra Collins; his children, Jennifer Collins of Denver, Noretta Collins of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Danny Bone of Neodesha, Kansas; his siblings, Bonnie Brooks (Steve Alstatt), Clemda White (Ralph Fipps) of Tulsa, Paula Walker (Chad) of Melbourne, Arkansas, Gerald Collins (Nita) of Dallas and Terry Collins (Kelly) of Fort Worth, Texas; and his sisters-in-law, Rhonda Cunningham of Fredonia, Kathy Powell of Neodesha, Kansas. and Carolyn Sanders of Neodesha, Kansas.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
