He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Charles OConnell and Beverly Jean OConnell; his niece Kaitlyn Elizabeth OConnell; his sister Kay OConnell; and his parents-in-law, Rex Dean Whitney and Dolores Rose Whitney.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lynn OConnell; his daughter Patricia Ann OConnell of Palmer's Chiropractic College; his grandchildren, Jayden Dean OConnell and Brooklyn Gloria Liddell; his sisters, Victoria Evans, Mickie Jacobson and Mellisa Pollard; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Grace, Zoe, Rachel, Jeremy and Jed.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Grace Community Church (1500 SE Kings Dr, Bartlesville, OK 74006).
