He was predeceased by: his father James Lee Ware; his sisters, Connie Lee Tosh and Penny Lue Vanderpool; and his grandson Brendan Allen Ware. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Ware; his wife Teresa Ware; his children, Robert Ware Jr. (BJ) and Shawna Ware; and his siblings, Richard Henderson Ware, Deanna Chandler and Linda Kay Bailey. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
