It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ross Francis Boggs of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Lt. Colonel William Boggs and Carman Boggs. He is survived by : his parent Tamara Boggs Hindman (Jim Jr.); his uncle Steven Boggs (David Boggs); his brothers, Jim III (Shana Hindman) and Daniel (Crista Hindman); his fiancée Flora Parrett; and his son Kenny Boggs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
