He was predeceased by : his parents, James Curtis "Curt" Taylor and Macy Irene Taylor (Bruce); and his siblings, Carl Taylor, Florene Yates and Joyce Walker.

He is survived by : his children, Shawn Taylor (Manon) of Pawhuska, Kenneth Taylor (Nancy) of Bartlesville, Cindy Smith (Joshua) of Oklahoma City and Matthew Taylor (Ashlyn Newcomb) of St. Louis, MO; and his siblings, Roger Taylor (Leona) of Pawhuska, Treva Martin (Gene) of Skedee, OK and Carolyn Harper (Terry) of Skiatook, OK. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home (710 Dewey Ave, Bartlesville, OK 74003). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dewey City Cemetery (411 E Don Tyler Ave, Dewey, OK 74029).
