It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Kay Jay of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 13, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelso Nafus Witzel and Verla Vivian Witzel; her husband Charles Allen Jay Sr.; her son Joda Kelso Anderson (Patrick Pyle); and her sister-in-law Donna Witzel.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Doshier (Clyde) and John Anderson (Penney); her brothers, Ty Witzel and Preston Witzel (Martha); her grandchildren, Casey Vaughn (Krystal), Christopher Vaughn (Katrina), Shelby Pierce (Sasha), Chance Anderson, Erica Anderson, Ashley Anderson, Shania Anderson and Max Doshier; and her great grandchildren, Bradon Vaughn, Gavin Vaughn, Emmett Pierce and Willow Vaughn.
